The sauna has two levels of seating. The top level is where you go to get rid of a cold.
The door was purchased from the same company we bought the heater from. It is a narrow door, but the graphics were cool. Note the hungry looking whale. This is where towels get dumped....Wrong !!! This is where one white towel sits with little sea shells and dried sea horse gather dust.
Inside the sauna where the heater is mounted. The floor was tiles with a simple white tile for easy cleaning. The duck boards were added for comfort. The wood will not feel as hot as a tile foor. Note the water bowl. we use distilled water to keep the heater rocks clean.

When I built in the shower, I wanted to make sure it was set up for tall people. I am 6' tall and my wife is 5' 8". I installed the shower head high on the wall above the one piece shower stall. I can stand under the water and have another 6" to the shower head. It is wonderful and I have learned to sleep standing up.
The bathroom is 15' X 12'. The sauna is to the left in this picture and the shower is straight ahead from the throne which is where this picture was shot from. The Navy blue columns and arch were added to break up the room. My father concluded that I was nuts to add something into the room that had no purpose. Oh well.....
